1. Agreement

By accessing or using adminhero.io and any services provided by AdminHero (a trading name of Alpanno Suppliers, ABN 60 781 387 449, Melbourne, Australia), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

AdminHero provides AI-powered automation services for businesses, including but not limited to voice agents, web agents, CRM automations, admin automations, workflow orchestration, and custom AI agent builds. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon separately before work begins.

3. Use of website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, code, and graphics, is the property of AdminHero unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

For client engagements: custom AI agents, automations, and integrations built for your business are owned by you upon full payment. We retain the right to use general methodologies and non-proprietary techniques in future work.

5. Limitation of liability

AdminHero provides services on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before each engagement begins. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain ownership of all completed work that has been paid for. We retain the right to payment for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
