Eventually I started building tools to fix my own bottlenecks. Automations that answered calls when I couldn't. Systems that chased invoices without me remembering. Workflows that kept leads warm while I was busy with the actual work.

Then I saw the same problems everywhere. Trades, real estate, wellness clinics, professional firms — smart people, good at what they do, drowning in admin they didn't have time for. The technology to fix it exists. But every AI company was chasing enterprise contracts. Nobody was building for the electrician with three staff or the physio running a solo practice.
